Day 218: Chef Sébastien likes his fish raw. It's not a Japanese sushi thing. You see, three years ago Chef Sébastien got stranded on an island for seven months and had to live off anything he could get his hands on; fish, coconuts, berries... you name it. Lighting fires was so hard and Chef Sébastien was so hungry that he ate his fish raw. This habit kinda got stuck with him. -- Thank you sister @MayaKhalil for this lovely caption!
